What Abyssal Depths adds
Abyssal Depths turns depth into a real hazard. Water pressure can injure an unprotected diver, while every suit tier has its own safe working depth. Staying below that limit puts increasing strain on the equipment and can lead to severe consequences.
The mod provides three diving suits: Canvas, Standard, and Atmospheric. Each step offers stronger pressure resistance, and a complete set from one tier greatly extends underwater breathing time. Weighted suit parts also let the player walk along the seabed instead of constantly swimming.
Flippers come in three grades and improve swimming speed progressively. Crafting the equipment uses materials such as Heavy Canvas, treated fabric, Waxed Cloth, and Reinforced Plate, while the Diving Gear schematic can be obtained through newly generated ruins or a treasure trader.
