What Art of Growing: Breeding Addon adds
Crops appear in the world as Wild varieties. By growing plants and saving their seeds, you can slowly move through Small, Medium, Decent, Large, Hefty and Giant varieties; each plant has a limited chance to produce seeds of a better grade.
Vegetable variety affects both size and nutritional value. Every grade can still be cooked or pickled, while vegetables, pickled produce and seeds can be converted back to vanilla items when removing the addon or resolving mod compatibility issues.
Grain varieties change threshing results: stronger grades provide more straw, while grades below Large have a lower chance of yielding straw from each processed sheaf. Grain remains suitable for feeding pets, and the serving requirement does not change with variety.
