What Astria Porta adds
Astria Porta introduces several Stargate variants, including Milkyway, Pegasus, and Destiny designs. Connected gates create a temporary wormhole, letting a traveler move between distant points; the unstable vortex that appears during activation can destroy matter, so opening a gate is not entirely harmless.
Dial Home Devices provide the main control interface. You can enter a destination in their interface, use an address note, and close an active connection either through the interface or by interacting with the device. The gate base can also be camouflaged to better fit a settlement or ruin.
Address Cartouches found in ruins or obtained from selected traders help reveal nearby gates. Use one to search for a gate, copy a discovered address onto parchment, then use that note at a DHD to establish a connection. The mod also includes a Kino remote and optional animated textures when LibATex is installed.
