What BathTime adds
BathTime gradually makes the character smellier during everyday activities. The character menu includes a way to check hygiene, while severe neglect creates a visible miasma, attracts flying insects, makes animals track you more easily, and can cause traders to avoid you.
Standing in water cleans you, but an indoor bath works much faster. A filled bucket or barrel can serve as a compact bath through the sneak interaction, while a lit boiler in the bathing room provides the best treatment: faster cleaning and gradual health recovery.
Cloth towels dry the character completely after bathing, rain, or an accidental swim. Wet towels must dry before reuse, and carrying them into water can soak an entire stack.
Soap can speed up bathing, while perfume reduces the current smell and temporarily conceals it from animals and humanoids. The mod is a gameplay framework, so compatible items can identify themselves through the appropriate soap or perfume tags.
