What QP's Building Wands adds
QP's Building Wands is a building aid for Vintage Story with several placement modes. Line mode extends a row from the block you target toward your position along the clicked axis, while area mode repeats the shape of the starting selection to expand a larger structure.
Checkerboard mode applies the same area-based approach but leaves alternating spaces, making it useful for patterned construction. The wand takes its material from the block you selected, so targeting granite ashlar produces more granite ashlar rather than a separate preset material.
The tool places only into air or locations that the game would normally replace when placing a block. In survival, every added block must be available in your inventory; creative building avoids that material limitation. Left click selects the source pattern and right click performs the placement, while the disabled mode removes the preview.
