Why this mod is worth installing
This furniture mod suits builders who want coordinated lighting instead of relying on rare rust-coloured chandeliers. It is also useful for decorating walls, shelves, floors, and tables with candlelight.
What ChandelierCraft adds
Chandeliers can be made from matching metal rods and candle cups, using a soldering iron and solder. The selection follows the metals available in the base game, while some unfinished metals remain creative-only. Several additional chandelier shapes use rope, glass blocks, or extra rods.
Metal torch brackets use matching nails and strips with candle cups, producing a pair at a time. Both chandeliers and brackets can be taken apart with a chisel; limewater can age the new fixtures into vanilla-style rusty lighting.
Candle cups are smithable objects as well as components. Fill one candle and place it on the ground or wall, in a quadrant, or on a bookshelf. Candle production is more flexible too, since wicks may use fibre or rope and the wax body can use wax or rendered fat.
