What Salty´s Movement: Charged Jump adds

A charged jump can also be prepared while sprinting. This version does not reach the same height as a sneak charge, but it carries the player farther across gaps.
The charge animation changes with the charging progress, providing a visual indication of when the jump is close to its maximum. The mod also exposes the maximum charge and charging speed through its configuration.
