What Salty´s Movement: Crawl & Dive adds
A dedicated crawl button lets your character move low to the ground instead of relying only on normal walking or sprinting. The default key is Z, giving the action a simple place in everyday exploration.
While sprinting, pressing the crawl key performs a dive rather than immediately entering a crawl. The dive becomes a slide, allowing you to reach 1x1 openings faster and automatically switch into crawling when the slide ends.
Diving can also help with difficult jumps by carrying your movement farther across the ground. The action works in midair as well, providing a small boost; after starting the dive, the slide keeps its original travel direction even if you turn to face elsewhere.

The mod adds a crawl action, while pressing the crawl key during a sprint triggers a dive instead. The dive then turns into a slide.
Sliding through tight spaces
A dive helps the player enter a 1x1 gap quickly, which can be useful during a chase. After sliding, the character automatically changes to crawling and can also use the movement to extend difficult jumps.
Midair dive boost
The player can start a dive while airborne to gain a small boost. The resulting slide continues in the direction chosen when the dive began, not necessarily where the character is looking.
