What Expanded Stomach adds
Expanded Stomach adds a reserve beyond the standard Satiety bar. Once normal hunger is filled, the character can keep eating and store extra food instead of being stopped immediately by the interface.
The extra capacity is not entirely free. Overeating may lead to weight gain and other gameplay consequences, while stomach size changes according to the character’s eating pattern rather than remaining fixed.
A rolling seven-day average determines how much the stomach can hold, making regular food intake important. The mod also offers adjustable difficulty and optional messages that report how full the character feels.
An optional hardcore rule reduces stomach capacity after death. In multiplayer, examining another player can display an approximate fat level in the information HUD, supporting both role-play and lighthearted server interactions.
