What FishingPlus adds
FishingPlus focuses on a small but practical improvement: after casting, the fishing pole can automatically take suitable bait from the player’s inventory. The system gives priority to the bait used on the previous cast, helping keep a consistent fishing routine.
A separate bait-selection mode is available while holding a fishing pole. Pressing F lets you select or replace bait from the inventory without manually opening it and moving items around.
The mod can also be configured to allow dead fish that qualify as bait to be chosen automatically. This option is disabled by default, so players can decide whether fish should join the automatic bait pool.
