What Salty´s Flickering Lights [merged] adds

The mod animates dynamic lighting with a restrained, irregular flicker that suggests the movement of a candle or torch flame. Instead of leaving nearby areas evenly illuminated, the light gently changes in intensity and gives dark spaces a more organic appearance.

Only dynamic lighting is affected. Light already baked into placed blocks remains unchanged, so the effect focuses on moving or active light sources without altering the lighting data stored in the world.

A dedicated in-game menu opened with the default L key lets you adjust the flickering behavior to your preference. This makes it possible to keep the effect subtle for everyday play or make it more noticeable for a stronger atmospheric look.
