Why this mod is worth installing
Choose it if you want Vintage Story forests to feel like mature woodland, with a high canopy and clearer sightlines. It is especially useful for forest-heavy worlds where flax and other grains can otherwise be difficult to find.
What Forest World adds
Forest World increases tree dimensions by roughly 1.4 to 1.8 times, creating a more imposing canopy above the player. English oaks receive especially broad trunks, while redwoods grow with a larger central trunk and adjusted branching.
Shrubs are generated less often, so the forest floor is easier to read and long-distance views are less frequently blocked by low vegetation. Grain spawning is also expanded to compensate for the reduced availability of flax in highly forested terrain.
