HealthBar is a Vintage Story mod by StachoPL and KnewOne. HealthBar adds a clean, distance-scaled health bar above the mob you are currently targeting in Vintage Story.

Useful for players who want to judge an enemy’s remaining health without opening menus or relying on guesswork. It is a lightweight client-side QoL mod, especially handy during combat.
What HealthBar adds
HealthBar displays a framed bar above the creature currently under your cursor and within the targeting range. The dark backdrop and stone-like border keep the indicator readable while matching the visual style of Vintage Story.
The fill shifts from green through yellow to red as health falls. Damage is shown with a smooth animated transition rather than an abrupt jump, and optional numeric HP text can be placed inside the bar.
The interface scales down for distant targets and fades in or out as the target changes. Settings can control colours, thresholds, dimensions, offsets, visibility for players, and whether the display is limited to the selected entity.
