Updated Hieronymus's reptiles collection is a Vintage Story mod by neonix. An unofficial update that refines Hieronymus’s reptiles and frogs, correcting entity sizes, hitboxes, speeds, and JSON compatibility.

Why this mod is worth installing
Choose this collection if you want Hieronymus’s reptiles and amphibians to work more reliably with other creature and biome mods. It is a replacement for the original reptile and frog mods, not an add-on to use beside them.
What Updated Hieronymus's reptiles collection adds
The pack gathers a broad selection of reptiles and amphibians, including monitor lizards, bearded dragons, tortoises, geckos, newts, salamanders, and several frog types. Breedable animals include the monitor lizards and giant tortoises, while many smaller species can be caught with a bug net.
Its main purpose is refinement rather than adding a new gameplay system. Entity dimensions, collision boxes, and movement speeds are adjusted, and malformed or incomplete JSON punctuation is repaired so the creatures can cooperate with additional content more cleanly.
Compatibility improvements cover creature additions such as giant gouramis and true sunfish, as well as biome and butterfly-case content. Bug-net support is included directly, and a taxidermy recipe issue is corrected.
