Humans is a Vintage Story mod by VSCustodian, Maltiez, Glupper and motifa. Adds humans as a playable race with human skin tones, faces, lip colors, hair-matched brows and a shorter average height.
Why this mod is worth installing
Choose Humans if you want a more familiar character appearance without replacing the lore-friendly seraph models. It also suits servers that want cosmetic race options or controlled access to the human model.
What Humans adds
Humans are added as a separate playable race rather than as a visual replacement for seraphs. Character creation offers a broader set of human-like skin tones and faces, with lip colors and eyebrows that follow the chosen hair color.
The model is around 10% shorter on average than a seraph. Breast options are available during selection, although clothing and armor do not yet fit every variation perfectly.
Gameplay effects can be disabled through the configuration system, leaving the mod focused on appearance. Server administrators can also keep the model disabled by default and grant access to selected players through Player Model Lib commands.
