Why this mod is worth installing
This QoL tweak suits players who want fewer storage blocks and less inventory management without changing the basic storage system. It is especially useful for builders, farmers, and long-term survival bases.
What Increased Storage Capacity adds
The mod raises the slot count of common containers: reed chests hold 12 items, clay storage vessels hold 24, standard wooden chests hold 28, and wooden trunks hold 63. Special wooden chest variants retain their own capacities, including smaller golden and owl designs.
Additional support covers storage vessels and chests from Brickyers, Clayworks, and Vanvar. Colored Brickyers vessels provide 24 slots, porcelain vessels 28, Brickyers wooden chests 32, and Vanvar papyrus chests 12.
Food spoilage behavior is not globally changed for reed chests. Clay vessels use the listed reduced spoilage setting for grain, vegetables, fruit, and protein, making them practical for larger food reserves.
