Why this mod is worth installing
This mod suits players who want mining to provide a steady supply of ore and do not mind a world-generation change that strongly favors resource abundance. It is less suitable for tightly balanced survival runs.
What Infinite Ore Veins (Alpha) adds
The mod replaces the usual expectation of finding separate, limited ore pockets with sprawling deposits that can continue far beyond a normal mining trip. Once a vein is located, it can become a dependable source of the same resource for a long time.
This changes the rhythm of progression: prospecting and choosing a productive mining site matter more, while repeated searches for new deposits become less important. The result is a deliberately generous world-generation experience with little concern for the standard resource balance.
