Why this mod is worth installing
This QoL mod suits players who dislike chasing scattered drops after routine tasks. It is especially useful when cutting trees, gathering sticks, or harvesting dry grass.
What Salty´s Instant Pick Up adds
When enabled, the mod automatically picks up dropped items around the player instead of requiring each object to be collected manually. The default collection range is four blocks, covering drops created by chopping trees, cutting dry grass, and taking sticks from leafy branches.
A keybind, set to CAPSLOCK by default, switches the feature on or off during play. The pickup radius can be changed in the configuration, and an optional timer can turn automatic pickup off after a chosen period.
The mod can ignore the OnlyPickUpItemsSneaking mouse setting by default, with an option to change that behavior. While instant pickup is active, dropping items is prevented, so the toggle should be disabled when you need to throw something from your inventory.

The mod gathers dropped items within its active radius while you cut trees, clear dry grass, or collect sticks from leafy branches. CAPSLOCK toggles the feature by default.
Pickup radius and automatic deactivation
Configuration options control the collection radius and can add a timer that disables instant pickup. When the feature is active, item dropping is also prevented.
