Why this mod is worth installing
It helps players recover berries, seeds, logs, and other drops that blend into grass or land outside the camera view. The client-side tool is especially useful after harvesting, chopping trees, or throwing items.
What Item Pickup Highlighter adds
Hold Shift+F to scan a radius of more than two blocks around the player. Particles rise from dropped items and projectiles, making small loot easier to spot before it disappears or gets overlooked.
A continuous mode can be toggled with Ctrl+Shift+F when you want the highlighting to remain active instead of holding the shortcut. While sneaking, item names can also appear above nearby drops if that option is enabled.
The mod runs on the client side and includes settings for adjusting the particle display. It is focused on locating entities already lying in the world rather than changing pickup rules or inventory behavior.
