Useful for server owners and groups that want to compare activity, survival records, crafting progress, and creature kills. It also adds extra goals to a shared world.
What Leaderboards adds
Leaderboards records a broad set of actions, from blocks placed and broken to walking distance, time spent on the server, deaths, chat messages, grass harvesting, tree cutting, burning blocks, and ore mining. Crafting-related counters cover smithing, clay forming, knapping tools, chiseling, and pouring ingots, including support for YABBA forge statistics.
Combat tracking separates deaths caused by common creatures, players, environmental hazards, and starvation. It can also count kills by entity groups, with additional coverage for creatures from mods such as Primitive Survival, Outlaws, Something in the Water, and Fauna of the Stone Age.
The project is intended to grow with more tracked actions and modded mobs. Ranged weapon statistics can attribute a kill to the weapon used, such as a steel arrow, rather than only recording the player.
