What Lockable Saddlebags adds
Lockable Saddlebags changes access to saddlebags placed on your elk. After you attach them, other players cannot interact with those storage containers.
The restriction is aimed specifically at multiplayer theft: your elk can still carry supplies, while the saddlebags remain available to you as their owner.
