Metal Leaf is a Vintage Story mod by DPhKraken. Metal Leaf lets you smith thin metal sheets and apply them to chiseled blocks, creating metallic surfaces without spending full metal blocks.

This mod is useful for builders who want gilded or metallic details on chiseled designs without using a complete metal block for every surface.
What Metal Leaf adds
Metal Leaf adds a smithing route for turning many metals into thin decorative sheets. Four sheets require two ingots, making them a cheaper alternative to placing solid metal blocks when you only need a surface finish.
A sheet contains exactly enough material to cover one chiseled face, or 256 voxels. In chisel mode, add the leaf as a material through the [+] button, then apply it selectively to the parts of the design that should look metallic.
The system can work with metals supplied by several content mods, including Ancient Metallurgy, BotaniaStory, Bauxite from Aluminum, C&N Metals, Fantasy Metals, Improved Metallurgy, Re-Alloy, Rustbound Magic, and Uranium Expanded. The output amount can be adjusted when Config Lib is available.
