What Meteoric Expansion adds
Meteoric Expansion introduces occasional fireballs that cross the sky at high speed. Most burn away or burst before reaching the surface, while a small number can survive the descent and strike the world as meteorites.
The impact system can remain largely cosmetic: by default, falling meteors do not damage terrain, buildings, or players. When destructive behavior is enabled, a crash becomes a more consequential event and may leave valuable material at the site.
Separate cosmetic meteor showers can appear during either day or night, filling the sky with multiple glittering trails. The shower system and the falling-meteor system operate independently, so the experience can focus on spectacle, impacts, or both.
