What Mitsuyo's Japanese Gear adds
The weapon set covers several eras and fighting styles: tetsubō clubs, tantō daggers, tachi and katana swords, naginata polearms, tsurugi, yari spears, and throwable shuriken. Materials range from bronze or iron to steel, with meteoric iron options for several weapons; the tantō can also be used for skinning animals.
The yumi offers an alternative to the longbow and uses more resin in its construction. Armor includes colorful ninja gear with iron, meteoric iron, and steel variants, combining gambeson-like protection with chain elements.
Samurai equipment is split into kabuto, dō-maru, and hakama pieces, with iron and steel lamellae and several color choices. Five datemono crest styles add extra variety to helmets, while tengu and hannya masks support more distinctive looks.
A separate rogue outfit uses dyed leather pieces with a kitsune mask, suneate, and uwagi. The mod is primarily a themed equipment and cosmetic expansion rather than a new progression system.
