What Dragons of Land and Sea adds
The mod introduces five wild dragon types with distinct habitats and appearances. One species favors high mountain elevations, Pikes live along saltwater shores, and another dragon inhabits open lowlands with sparse trees. Galleons use both saltwater and freshwater during different life stages, while the most powerful species dominates its territory and attacks readily.
Dragons come in multiple color variations, and some can be winged or wingless. Wild adults may be saddlebroken during repeated attempts over time; after enough successful training, they become tame and stop treating you as a threat. Wild dragons can also hunt each other, but they do not attack tamed dragons.
Eggs can be dug from the ground in the same environments where their wild counterparts live. Strike an egg to uncover it, harvest it with a knife, and place it in the world; every hatched dragon is already tamed, although a placed egg cannot be picked up again.
Basic medallions are available early, while special medallions can be made for the Windrunner, Trident, and Galleon. The mod also includes the Rotslayer, a construct dragon that is crafted rather than found in the wild.
