Nature's Call is a Vintage Story mod by jayu and Bronze_Granum. Nature's Call adds a bladder mechanic to Vintage Story: hydration loss fills it, and players must relieve themselves or suffer reduced movement.

Why this mod is worth installing
This mod suits players who want survival to include another bodily need and more meaningful use for farmland, containers, and fermented urine. It works best alongside a thirst mod, though hunger can provide the fallback.
What Nature's Call adds
Your bladder fills as hydration decreases, with hunger serving as an alternative source when no thirst system is available. Once the meter becomes overloaded, movement is impaired until you relieve yourself.
Relief can be performed while crouching or standing, using the appropriate empty-hand interaction. A configurable keybind also lets you empty the bladder early, before the penalty becomes a problem.
The mechanic has practical consequences: using farmland may add nutrients to the soil, while a container can collect the liquid. Fermenting it in a barrel produces lant for soaking hides.
Hydrate or Diedrate
A thirst and hydration mod that also adds hot-weather survival. It can work with Nature's Call as a source for bladder filling.

Smithing Plus
Adds extra smithing options, tool repairs on an anvil, and other crafting adjustments.

Balanced Thirst
Adds a thirst system to Vintage Story.

Farmland Drops with Nutrients
Makes farmland retain and drop its nutrient values.

Pet Hare
Adds simple pet behavior to hares and chickens, with issue reports supported by detailed logs and mod information.
