This utility is useful for miners who often leave part of an ore vein behind or waste time checking every nearby block. It is especially helpful when a vein is split across uneven rock or hidden behind surrounding material.
What Ore Vein Traces adds
Ore Vein Traces adds visual indicators to rocks adjacent to ore blocks that have not yet been exposed. After mining part of a vein, these marks point toward nearby hidden pieces and make it easier to understand where the deposit continues.
The indicators are meant to reduce blind searching rather than reveal an entire vein instantly. Once you uncover the hidden ore, traces that no longer lead anywhere are removed, so old hints do not keep sending you in the wrong direction.
