What pony races adds
Pony Races turns race choice into a gameplay decision. Earth Ponies improve mining and crop drops, Pegasi and Bats gain limited flight, while Unicorns and Alicorns use horns for extra reach, illumination, and entity levitation. Flight recovery and some bonuses depend on the selected race or surrounding darkness.
Kirin characters focus on fire and stability: they resist fire, can instantly light certain heat sources, and avoid stability loss while healthy, but low health can trigger a more dangerous Nirik state. Zebras trade wings for faster walking, tree-bucking, and support for alchemy-focused gameplay.
The mod is presented as a beta and also serves as a test implementation for a broader race system, so its mechanics may change. Earth Pony tree-bucking is activated with the default K key, and fruit trees can release their entire fruit yield when used this way.
