Useful when you have excess ingots, plates, chains, scales, or tool heads and want to reclaim their metal instead of leaving them unused.
What Re-Smeltables Light adds
The mod adds a simple recycling option for metal components. Ingots, plates, chain, scales, and tool heads can be placed in a hot crucible and melted back into their corresponding material.
This is especially helpful after making too many parts, moving into a new technological stage, or preparing metal for an alloy. Recovered molten metal can be used again for casting and other crucible work.
Finished tools and armor are excluded, so the feature focuses on separate metal pieces rather than complete equipment. Items need the required material data to be recognized for remelting.
