What Ruststones adds
Ruststones are temporal travel stones with two main forms. A Hearthstone returns its user to a previously bound point, while a Warpstone stores the coordinates chosen by the player and later sends them there.
The crafting loop begins with Temporal Fragments dropped by drifters. They are used to make a Temporal Infuser and activate an Inert Ruststone by selecting a glyph, turning the blank item into a usable stone.
Travel requires holding the use button until channeling finishes. The player must remain still, and activation consumes Temporal Stability as well as one stored charge; the completed use also opens a rift.
Charges are restored in the Temporal Infuser with Temporal Fragments, at one charge per fragment. Ruststones can also be improved with Temporal Crux items, while optional reset commands can clear a user's cooldown when enabled.
