What Spawn Highlight adds
The overlay colors potential drifter spawn blocks red. Blocks that are safe because their non-natural light level is high enough appear green, while surfaces that can never support a drifter remain unmarked.
Spawn Highlight evaluates nearby blocks using their upper face, the space above them, and artificial light. This makes it easier to locate overlooked dark floors, while still accounting for special conditions such as sunlight and temporal storms.
Press Ctrl+L to show or hide the visualization; the shortcut can be changed through the game’s keybinding settings. The tool is intended for checking an existing build rather than changing world mechanics.
