Status HUD is a Vintage Story mod by Rangelost. Status HUD adds configurable HUD indicators for altitude, weather, time, durability, body condition, stability, direction and other useful data.
Why this mod is worth installing
Useful for players who want important survival information visible without opening menus or relying on guesswork. It suits both explorers and builders who monitor conditions while moving through the world.
What Status HUD adds
Status HUD can place many compact indicators on the screen: altitude, latitude, compass direction, movement speed, online player count, local or in-game time, date and season. It also reports weather, wind, temperature, rain or snow conditions, and the approach of temporal storms.
Survival-related readouts cover selected-item durability, average equipped armour condition, body heat, wetness, room type, sleep availability, light at the targeted block and temporal stability. Several indicators disappear when their value is irrelevant, keeping the HUD less cluttered.
The layout is configurable through the mod's HUD commands. Elements use numbered identifiers and can be enabled, removed, cleared or repositioned across the screen, allowing a compact information panel to be adapted to different play styles.
