Why this mod is worth installing
This small quality-of-life mod suits players who find constant jumping over one-block ledges distracting or inconvenient. It is especially useful when walking around uneven terrain and built areas.
What StepUp (continued) adds
StepUp (continued) changes the player's step height from 0.6 to 1.2 blocks. As a result, a normal forward movement can carry you onto a full block instead of stopping at its side.
The mod focuses on one narrowly defined movement improvement: it does not add new items, blocks, controls, or gameplay systems. You simply walk toward a one-block rise and pass over it without pressing the jump key.
This is a continuation for Vintage Story versions 1.20 and newer, intended for players who want the original StepUp-style behavior after a small maintenance fix.
