Trader Notes is a Vintage Story mod by WickedSchnitzel. Trader Notes places traders on the world map and shows their known stock, buying offers, and available funds in a quick popup.

Useful for players who revisit several traders and want to check remembered offers without traveling to each location. It is especially handy for planning sales and return trips.
What Trader Notes adds
After you open a trader’s trading screen, Trader Notes records that trader and adds a map marker for their current position. Hovering over the marker opens a compact summary of goods they sell or buy, along with their funds.
The stored list is refreshed whenever you interact with that trader again. Items that have run out are marked, and the note tracks the expected restock period, warning you when the displayed information may be outdated.
By default, the information is a personal record of what you last observed, so another player’s transactions are not reflected immediately. An optional live mode can refresh nearby traders while they remain within render distance, making the display more current in multiplayer situations.
