Choose this mod if ordinary trading feels limited and you want more reasons to collect butterflies, alcohol, paintings, pottery, lore items, or mechanical parts. It is especially useful for players who enjoy exploration and themed collections.
What Traders Expansion adds
The mod introduces six specialized traders that can appear in newly generated chunks, although their shops are intentionally uncommon. Each one focuses on a different category of goods, turning items that may otherwise sit in storage into useful trade stock.
The Clockmaker exchanges Jonas-related parts and frames for assembled mechanisms, while the Antiquarian deals in clutter, vanilla cylinders, and lore books in return for otherwise hard-to-access decorative items. The Decorator handles paintings, dyes, and specialized liquids, offering colored glass, creative blocks, and garden foliage.
Collectors can sell all 169 butterflies to the Lepidopterist and obtain a bug net or display cases for preserving the collection. The Sommelier trades for alcoholic drinks and provides snacks plus liquid-storage vessels, while the Potter buys pottery and related clay goods and sells clay and ceramic building blocks.
