Verticality is a Vintage Story mod by ProfCupcake. Verticality adds climbing, charged jumps, and crawling to Vintage Story, giving exploration more ways to cross ledges, fences, and tight gaps.

Why this mod is worth installing
This mod suits players who want more flexible movement while exploring caves, ruins, and uneven terrain. It is especially useful if standard jumping feels too restrictive.
What Verticality adds
Verticality lets you grab suitable ledges by holding the climb key while moving into a wall. The system does not allow effortless Spider-Man-style climbing: a depression or edge must be within reach, including gaps created by chiseling. From the ground you can climb faces up to two blocks high, while jumping and charged jumping extend that reach.
A charged jump is performed by holding sneak and jump briefly before releasing jump. It rises higher than a normal jump, making it useful for clearing fences or reaching a ledge several blocks above you. While climbing, you can move sideways along a ledge if you face the direction of travel, or jump away from the surface.
Crawling opens routes through low passages that are too short for standing movement. It can be toggled with the default sneak-and-climb combination, and jumping while crawling returns you to a standing position. Crawling also works with climbing, sprinting, and slower sneaking movement.
