Vintage Engineering is a Vintage Story mod by Buggi. Vintage Engineering adds a late-game technology path with power generation, machines, fluid processing, item transport, and multiblock automation.

Why this mod is worth installing
This mod suits players who want a demanding industrial endgame after basic metalworking. It is also useful for modpack makers because its content can be adjusted through ordinary JSON patches.
What Vintage Engineering adds
Vintage Engineering builds progression around low-voltage electricity and increasingly advanced machinery. You can assemble LV wires, relays, and cutters, then work toward a generator, Metal Press, and Extruder with their dedicated molds and dies.
Power can come from fuel, wind, or water through different generator options. The LV Blast Furnace is a major milestone: it uses two powered blowers and processes nuggets into ingots and alloys, while still requiring some steel made with the base-game Cementation Furnace.
The later MV stage focuses on crude oil extraction, distillation, fuels, and useful byproducts. A Distillation Tower grows through extensions, while fluid tanks make it practical to move large quantities of crude without losing their contents when broken.
Multiblock machines add a construction and validation step instead of being placed as single blocks. The Creosote Oven, for example, is assembled layer by layer and confirmed with a wrench before becoming its finished machine form.
