Audio behavior is adjusted for practical performances. A configurable Doppler effect changes how sound is perceived while moving, while mounting an animal can be done without stopping the music. A setting can also suppress normal game music near a song source.
The mod reduces hitching from demanding instruments such as the pipe organ and skips overdue notes after a lag spike, avoiding a burst of badly timed sounds. Additional settings control the maximum notes a source may play per tick and the range at which its sound can be heard.
It also addresses small playback-related problems, including a memory leak connected with block ABC players and an issue that could leave the song book unavailable after a performance.
