It also expands the maximum flow-rate value available in the configuration to 20. A flow rate around 7.5 represents fast water immediately beside the wheel when the current passes only beneath it.
The torque factor setting has no effect while this fix is installed, so the flow-rate value becomes the meaningful control for adjusting the wheel’s output.
