What Waypoint Beacon adds
Waypoint Beacon adds a visible 3D beacon to a waypoint, so a destination can be recognized across the terrain. The marker can also be placed at the exact height you are looking toward, which is useful for mountain peaks, underground locations, and other vertically separated points.
The World Map gains a Waypoints tab with a list of personal and shared waypoints. You can sort entries by beacon state, filter the list, center the map on a selected point, switch its beacon, or delete it with a confirmation prompt.
A separate settings area controls label size and style, coordinate display, render distance, and whether nearby beacons fade. A hotkey can create a waypoint at the viewed position, while another option automatically enables its beacon when a new waypoint is made.
