What Wool 🙵 More adds
Wool 🙵 More lets you collect fleece from carcasses and shear domesticated animals from the first generation onward. A sheared animal can grow its fleece back, while some drifters may provide fibers or wool twine as extra loot.
Fleece can be processed into fibers, twine, and cloth, then dyed in sixteen colors. These materials support crafting and trading, including stylish knitted sweaters and additional warm or wool-based clothing recipes.
The mod also introduces organic fertilizer made from fleece, horns, or antlers. Lower-tier soil can be upgraded by combining it with suitable fertilizers, giving farming a broader material progression that can be disabled in the configuration.
Wool-related changes include adjustments to clothing warmth and occasional textile loot from drifters. Wool twine is not a universal substitute for flax twine: sturdier linen thread remains required for recipes such as gambesons.
